What is Foundations? Foundations Class consists of 5 private one on one sessions that focus on the foundational movements used in our CrossFit group classes. During your Foundations classes, we will assess your movement patterns, instruct you to perform the proper progressions for each new movement based on your skill level, and then end each class with a workout using the movements learned that day. At CrossFit Anaheim, your safety and success is our number one priority. We require every new member to complete Foundations Classes prior to joining, giving you the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed. Once you have completed your Foundations classes, you will then be able to join our amazing group classes. We will provide you with one of our experienced Mentors to be by your side when you start your group training, in order to help you get acclimated.

When can I start? As soon as you are ready! We will schedule your sessions to fit around your busy schedule.

Our Hybrid CrossFit memberships offer the best of both CrossFit and Personal Training sessions! This option allows members their choice of CrossFit memberships plus one on one personal training sessions with the coach of their choice.

Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program to enable you to achieve your health and fitness goals as quickly as possible.
