STRENGTH:

Take 10-15 min to build to 85%+ of 1RM Back Squat.

then…

Every 3 min for 9 min (3 sets):

Back Squat 2-3 reps @ 30X1 tempo

METCON:

Against a 2 min clock, perform the following:

200m Run

Max Reps Squat Cleans 135/95

Rest 2 min between sets and complete 3 sets. Score is total squat cleans for all 3 sets.
