12 DB Bent Over Rows (each)

10 Barbell Skull Crushers

15 Barbell Curls

10 Diamond Push-Ups

8 Strict Pull-Ups

Move at a steady pace, choose a weight for each exercise that you can do unbroken for the reps given.

METCON:

In teams of 2 alternate complete rounds until 8 total rounds are complete of:
