WARM-UP:

2 Rounds:

200m Run

15 Banded Good Mornings

15 Banded Face Pulls

STRENGTH:

Deadlift

Find a 3RM

METCON:

Split Class into Two Teams

4 RFT:

Part A: Calorie Row (Team Score)

Part B: 300m Prowler Push

*The Two Teams will be split in half with half of each team starting on Part A and half of each team starting on Part B.  Part A will Row until Part B completes the Prowler Push.  That completes one round, alternate until 4 rounds are completed. Score is total calories rowed per team.
