WARM-UP:

3 Rounds:

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Air Squats

METCON:

Every 5 minutes for 30 minutes (6 Rounds) of:

10 Strict Pull-Ups

15 Toes to Bar

20 Push-Ups

25 Wallballs 20/14 to 10' Target

Note times for each round, to compare in the future.  Score is total working time.

COOL DOWN:

Static Stretching / Foam Rolling
