5 Muscle Snatch

5 Snatch Grip Behind the Neck Push Press

5 Overhead Squats

5 Snatch

STRENGTH:

Every 2 min for 6 min (3 sets)

High Hang Snatch x 1 rep @ 55-65% 1RM Snatch

Every 2 min for 6 min (3 sets)

Hang Snatch x 1 rep @ 65-75% 1RM Snatch

Every 2 min for 8 min (4 sets)

2 Position Snatch (Mid-thigh and 2" below the Knee) @ 80-85% 1RM Snatch
