5 Stiff-Legged Deadlifts

STRENGTH:

Power Snatch + Snatch

Every 90sec for 7 Sets (10min 30sec) @ 75% 1RM Snatch

METCON:

AMRAP 15min:

60 Double Unders (120 Singles)

200m Shuttle Run (4x50m)
