Banded Shoulder Distractions 1 min each

20 PVC Pass Throughs

Spend 10 min on technique work for Split Jerk with PVC pipe

STRENGTH:

Every 2 min for 16 min (8 sets) of:

Split Jerk x 1 rep

*Build over the course of the 8 reps to a heavy single.
