20 Reverse Lunges

30 sec Handstand Hold

then:

Foam Roll T-Spine 2 min

Couch Stretch 1 min each

Pigeon Pose 1 min each

Childs Pose 1 min

STRENGTH/SKILL:

Three sets of:

Bulgarian Split Squats x 8 reps each leg @ 3111 tempo

Rest 45 sec after each leg

Strict Handstand Push-Ups x 8-10 reps @ 2011 tempo*

*You may break up your reps and try to accumulate 8-10 in 60 sec or less.

Rest 90 sec

METCON:
