EMOM 9 min (3 sets):

Minute 1 - Press from Split Jerk Receiving Position x 5 reps

Minute 2 - Tall Jerks x 3 reps

Minute 3 - Tall Cleans x 3 reps

STRENGTH:

Every 2 min for 24 min (12 sets):

Clean & Jerk x 1 rep

*Build over the course of the 12 sets to today’s heavy.
