Station 2 - 30 sec Rotational Med Ball Throws

Station 3 - Single Leg Broad Jump x 5 each leg

METCON (Performance/Fitness):

Station 1 - 15/10 Calorie Row

Station 2 - 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20

Station 3 - 200m Run

Station 4 - 20 Wall Ball Shots 20/14

Station 5 - 50 Double Unders (100 Singles)
